Regardless of whether it is air-cooled or water-cooled, the high and low temperature all-in-one machine must be located in an operating environment with sufficient space: the water-cooled space should be greater than 30cm, and the air-cooled space should be greater than 50cm.

2. When choosing a thermal medium for high and low temperature integrated machines, attention should be paid to whether its temperature upper and lower limits, ignition point, viscosity, freezing point, etc. meet the requirements, and whether it is suitable for the use of internal pipelines of the instrument;

3. When selecting high and low temperature integrated heat transfer medium pipes, the length should be as short as possible and the diameter should be as large as possible. If the diameter is too small, it may cause flow restriction;

4. Do not use water as the heat transfer medium for high and low temperature all-in-one machines;

5. Inappropriate thermal conductivity medium for high and low temperature integrated machines can have a negative impact on instrument equipment and may cause damage to the device. Therefore, only the heat transfer medium specified by the manufacturer can be used and used within the specified pressure range. The viscosity of the temperature controlled heat transfer medium should not exceed 50mm ² s during low-temperature operation below the boiling point of the heat transfer medium. When filling thermal conductive media at room temperature, it should be poured slowly, carefully, and steadily, while ensuring that no thermal conductive media overflows. Protective equipment such as goggles and corrosion-resistant chemical gloves should be worn during filling;

6. After filling, it is necessary to reset the adjustment parameters of the high and low temperature integrated machine, which is a requirement for correct operation and use of the instrument:

Do not knot the heat transfer medium pipeline of the air-cooled high and low temperature integrated machine;

8. Regularly inspect the heat transfer medium pipes of the high and low temperature integrated machine to prevent material damage (such as fission).

9. Warning: To avoid damaging the instrument's piping, please regularly use water treatment chemicals to clean the piping dirt when using water with high mineral content.
